First floor
From the parking lot, you walk across the paved courtyard to the front door. The villa has an open floor plan with a large kitchen with island and living room with fireplace. The kitchen is beautifully designed with white granite tops, double-door fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and an oven and microwave.
From the living room and the kitchen you have great views over the beautifully landscaped garden and the bay of Laganas.
On this floor is the master bedroom with bathroom (sink, toilet, shower and bathtub). This bedroom has large sliding glass doors with stunning views over the infinity pool, the bay of Laganas, Maratonisi turtle island and towards the mountains of Lithakia.
There is a 2nd bedroom with a separate bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) and for long stays a utility room with washer and dryer. Through the large sliding glass doors you enter the terrace, which overlooks the beautiful garden. The terrace is partly covered with a pergola and is surrounded by a stainless steel railing. From the terrace you have access to the infinity pool.
Ground Floor
From the top floor you walk up the marble staircase to a large hallway with access to the 3rd bedroom with bathroom (sink, toilet and shower). The hall has a separate entrance from the garden through a covered terrace with a small outdoor kitchen.
On the side of the house there are 2 studio apartments both with full kitchen and spacious bathroom (sink, toilet and shower). The studio apartments have their own lockable door to the hall and they both have their own door to the garden.
The house has central heating and cooling and a boiler for hot water, supported by 2 solar water heaters on the roof. All windows have aluminum frames with double glazing, mosquito nets and shutters. The house has beautifully landscaped gardens.
